 Welcome!
You may be here because
you're a teacher,
a writer,
a fledgling runner,
or struggling with the middle-aged idea like me.
(What?! I'm not 25 anymore? Or even 35? Noooo!)
Maybe you're just a curious soul like me.
Whatever the reason, I hope you will find something here that makes you smile or
encourages you in some way.
Keep on keeping on!

Teaching is one of my passions. I feel so blessed to be able to be in a classroom for my job, the way I spend my days, earn my money, the thing I want to excel at and be better tomorrow than today.

But this idea applies to all areas of life. Think about what the word organic means: living, growing, breatihng, changing, open, receiving and giving. Isn't it a great idea for everything?
Wouldn't we like to be organic parents?
Organic leaders?
Organic human beings?

I'm not there yet in so many ways. Join me on my journey and let's encourage each other on our separate paths to "organicity"- wait is that a word or did I just make that up?
Above is Blue Lake near Ridgway, Colorado. It's at the end of a tough 3.2 mile hike but worth every step. I cried when I walked out of the forest and this sight greeted me, not just because I was hungry either.
